FinWELL - Healthier Relationships With Money

FWWS has partnered with award winning FinWELL Training Ltd to help those connected to sport understand, measure and improve financial wellbeing leading to healthier relationships with money and better mental health too.
 
FinWELL have already worked with leading employers in the private sector such as BrewDog, DHL, Hays, Lindt, Sky, Transport for Greater Manchester, The Crown Estate, National Grid, Warner Bros Discovery as-well as various Councils, Police Forces and NHS Trusts.
 
Specialising in a human first, people approach, services include the creation of easy to access educational content, interactive online/in-person group workshops, 1-1 guidance sessions and management/leadership training such as Financial Health First Aid to compliment any Mental Health training you already have in place. 
 

The Alan Shearer Foundation

 
Income generated by FWWS helps us to support various charities and causes including The Alan Shearer Foundation.
 
The Alan Shearer Centre in Newcastle is a highly specialist, disability, respite, residential and social provision for people with complex disabilities and acute sensory impairments.
 
The Centre provides free sensory and specialist leisure activities and offer free and subsidised respite breaks for profoundly disabled children and adults. Funding from the Foundation ensures disabled people and their families are able to benefit from all the specialist sensory, leisure and social facilities at the Centre totally free of charge.
 

Street Soccer Foundation

We’re also delighted to support The Street Soccer Foundation which is an award-winning charity operating nationwide throughout England using football as both an effective engagement tool and as a catalyst to improve the lives of vulnerable and homeless young people across the country.

Their mission is to help end youth homelessness through the power of football.

Their nationally acclaimed flagship programme is our ‘Street Soccer Academy’ – the No.1 football-led project tackling youth homelessness in England.

R;pple Suicide Prevention Charity

Alice Hendy created R;pple after losing her brother Josh to suicide at the age of 21.

R;pple is an interceptive tool designed to present a visual prompt when a person searches for harmful keywords or phrases relating to the topic of self-harm or suicide. These phrases include any words or terminology which have been identified as displaying potentially damaging online content.

Alice used to love watching West Ham United FC with her brother Josh and is delighted to now work with the club aswell as Manchester United and other sports clubs and organisations.
